Contact Nomi Support
Email support@getnomiapp.com. When possible, write from the email address associated with your account and include a short description of the issue, your device type, and app version.
Never send your password, verification code, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Account and privacy help
For account access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email support from the address associated with your account. We may request limited information needed to verify the account and protect it from unauthorized requests.
Delete your account
In Nomi, open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion requires reauthentication and final confirmation and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data, request it before deleting the account.
Reporting and safety
Use Nomi’s in-app reporting and blocking controls when available. If a control is unavailable or you have an urgent safety concern, email support with the relevant account information and a description of the concern. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
